What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. We use the fast shipping services available such as Australia Post and Couriers Please to ship Auswide, so we ensure your order arrives without any extended delays.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
At present, we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay
How long will delivery take?
We try to use the most effective shipping method available however here are estimated estimated delivery time frames:
For customers in VIC, approximately 7 – 10 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 7 – 10 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 8 – 12 working days.
NOTE:
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 -2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
Our delivery partners and ourselves cannot guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something under our control.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we ship out your order and it’s on its way, you will be altered as to its status. If your order doesn’t arrive during the indicated timeframe, please let us know, and we will further investigate.
Please understand that it is normal for delays to occur during busy times and holiday periods. If you order is running late, we ask that you wait an extra seven days just to be safe.
